What data we collect and why
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the two forms on this website:
- Contact form — your name, email address, the topic you select and your message. Used solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
- Event registration form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), number of guests, the event you register for and an optional note. Used solely to manage your registration and contact you about that event.
We do not use your data for advertising or automated profiling, and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process this data to take steps at your request prior to, or in order to provide, a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where you give it, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) is the basis, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only essential, technical cookies needed for it to work and to keep the forms secure (for example a session cookie and an anti-forgery token). It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Should we introduce analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
Who can see your data
Your data is handled by Ettore Bellucci and by the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting as data processors. Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or registration and to comply with any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
